TopicFolio is a web application for organizing topic-based collections, files, notes, and related workflows, with optional collaboration, developer tooling, and Codex-assisted features.
Do I need an account to use TopicFolio?
Yes. Accounts are used to save your Folios, manage access, secure sign-in, and connect integrations.
Does TopicFolio support teams?
If your plan includes shared workspaces or business features, TopicFolio can support multi-member collaboration and role-based access.
Can I import or export my data?
TopicFolio may provide importers, export controls, or API access depending on your plan and enabled features. Check the [Help Center](/help) for the current workflow available in your account.

How does billing work?
TopicFolio Pro and self-serve billing are still being finalized. Until that rollout is public, TopicFolio surfaces billing availability and support guidance inside Settings > Billing.
How do I cancel?
When billing launches, TopicFolio will document cancellation inside Settings > Billing and the [Help Center](/help). Until then, contact support for billing rollout questions.

Data ownership and content
Do I own my content?
Yes. You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in TopicFolio. TopicFolio needs a limited license to store, secure, index, and process that content so the service can work.
Who owns Codex or AI-generated output?
TopicFolio's product position is that you keep your inputs, and TopicFolio assigns to you any transferable rights it has in generated output, excluding TopicFolio's software, models, and platform components.
Can I export my data if I leave?
If TopicFolio provides export tools for your plan, you can export supported data formats from the product or by following the [Help Center](/help) guidance.
Security and privacy
How does TopicFolio protect accounts?
